STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength & Conditioning classes combine structured strength training with high-intensity conditioning to build power, endurance, and overall athleticism. Each class is coach-led and thoughtfully programmed to improve functional movement, increase strength, and support long-term physical progress. Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, allowing every member to train safely, effectively, and with purpose while working toward their individual goals.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
Our Functional Strength classes are designed for those who want to prioritize strength development without the conditioning work. Each session focuses on intentional, progressive strength training using functional movements to build muscle, improve stability, and increase overall resilience. Classes are fully coached, thoughtfully programmed, and scalable to meet all experience levels—making them ideal for members who want to train with purpose, lift well, and get stronger over time.


FUNCTIONAL ENDURANCE
Our Functional Endurance classes are built for athletes who want to improve work capacity, stamina, and movement efficiency over longer efforts. These sessions emphasize sustained functional movements, moderate to high-volume work, and repeatable efforts that challenge both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Programming is intentional and progressive, preparing members to perform efficiently under fatigue while building the durability needed for endurance-based fitness events and real-world performance.
HST ONLINE
Train with the same system we run inside the walls of HST, now available anywhere.
HST Online gives you access to 5 structured training tracks designed to build strength, conditioning, and durability for ALL LEVELS.
Each week includes programming with exercise videos, coaching notes, and clear structure, so you can follow along from any gym with confidence.

• Push Pull Paradise – Body split focused training built for those who want to simply get STRONG. (M/T/TH/F)
