Hale Strength Training (HST) requires a minimum of 21 days’ written notice to cancel or downgrade any membership type. Notice must be received on or before the 21st day prior to your next scheduled billing date.

If the required 21-day notice is not provided, one additional full membership payment will be processed.

If notice is submitted after your billing date, HST allows the additional paid month to be used at any time within the following six (6) months.

If you choose to reactivate a membership after cancellation, the membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply. Membership rates are subject to change.

If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, please submit a Membership Pause Form.

If you have any personal equipment kept at the gym (barbell, jump rope, gear in cubbies, etc), you must pick it up during business hours within 7 days of submitting your cancellation request!
