where we started (CONT.)

We slowly started to fill transform our junk filled garage into HST's first home. Week by week, paycheck by paycheck we filled our home garage with one piece of equipment at a time. We started out personal training only, many days wondering why had decided to take what felt like an impossible route to a career.

As we started to fill personal training spots, we started to expand in small group classes - not the easiest working out of our small garage with very close neighbors.

1 thing led to another and 1 day everything changed...

HST HQ BECAME A REALITY

Michael & Ash knew one day they would own their very own gym, but we did not anticipate it being so soon. From 1 day to the next we went from conducting business out of our home gym to scrambling to find a fill a gym to make HST's home. 100% thanks to our irreplaceable community we transformed this old dusty warehouse into our new place of business.

Now this is where we call home and our community continues to grow day by day, everyday becoming better than the day before.
