About Amy Krebs


Hi, I’m Amy. I recently relocated from Ohio and now call San Marcos my home. I’ve been involved in CrossFit since 2015 and it taught me what it means to be healthy, not only physically but mentally as well.  Working full time in a corporate setting and being a mom, running kids here, there, and everywhere, taking that hour of my day to dedicate to strength and conditioning empowered & inspired so many aspects of my life. When coming to Texas I made finding a gym home one of my top priorities and fell in love with the HST community. The people are so friendly and welcoming & the passion + drive that Michael and Ashley have as owners to continually improve showed. I had the opportunity to join the coaching staff and jumped at the chance. It’s my goal to be the best coach I can be, to encourage others to challenge their physical limits, feel accomplished, proud, and want more! You don’t have to be a gifted athlete. You just have to show up and have the drive for self-improvement.
