Hale Strength Training was born Halloween night in 2021. Michael and Ash knew they wanted to create something great but never knew when or how to make the jump. Sitting in the driveway handing out candy on halloween night, we decided no better day than today.
We designed a website and got to work. Never could we have imagined that in just 2 short years HST would be where it is today. From that day forward we have put our 100% into creating the very special community we have.

A month in at Hale and already hooked. As a first-timer with minimal experience I was nervous and intimidated but the trainers were welcoming and take time to make sure I understand the mechanics of each exercise and execute safely. Just enrolled my kids in their youth program, too!
Michael and Ashley are fantastic instructors for every age or athletic ability! After I had knee surgery they helped me participate in class even at their own inconvenience. They are knowledgeable, kind, and truly want the best for everyone that steps foot in their gym. Awesome place, even better instructors. 100/100 recommend!
HST is a second home to me, I've been training with Michael and Ashley for almost 2 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The personal attention and advice you get even in group classes lets you know they really want to see you succeed. They're great with kids also, my boys have enjoyed working out with us before and now that there is a teen athlete program available, they are ready to get after it!
