All Levels
Kids classes will be twice a week and 45 minute sessions. These sessions will start with an easy warm-up, followed by teaching of a movement of the day.
Movement of the day will be our time as coaches to really teach the importance having good techique and a full understanding of what is being taught. Afterwards they will do a small workout and finish with a game!
The goal of these sessions is to educate all kids on the importance of moving well, having a healthy lifestyle, and of course having fun!
